Contract Terms
Standard Atlas contract is for an Initial Term of 24 months. It can then be renewed in 12 month terms. Minimum 2 users.

Subscription £75 per user per month

Set-Up £2,500 (Fixed Price)
Consultation £750 per day
E-Sign £50 per month (Optional)

Deployment
Once you sign up to Atlas we will prepare a Project Initiation Document with you to agree the key elements of your deployment. This will include formatting and loading your customer data, preparing your price books, configuring your workflows and training your users. A typical deployment can be achieved within approximately 4 weeks.
Support
Support is included in your monthly Atlas subscription and provided as per your Agreement prioritised by severity levels. Severity 1 issues will be responded to within 1 hour and worked continuously to resolution. Severity 2 issues will be responded to within 4 hours and worked on during normal business hours (Mon to Fri 9am – 5.30pm). Support requests should be sent to support@atlas-systems.co.uk
Specification
Larger/complex requirements
If you are a larger telecom business and/or you require us to develop a bespoke version of Atlas for you we will need to perform a Specification. This is a detailed analysis of your business processes and interfaces, which will normally take around five days, spread over a 2-3 week period. We will visit your premises and talk to key users as part of this process. The Specification phase will conclude with a detailed documented proposal of your bespoke system requirements.

Larger/complex requirements
We will build a dedicated version of Atlas around your business requirements. This is very cost effective for telecoms resellers as the core Atlas functionality has already been developed therefore reducing build time and development costs. Contact us for more information.
